EVENT INFORMATION

When and where is The Golf Room Live?

The Golf Room Live will be held Sunday, June 9 - Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at The Golf Room in Dublin, OH.

REGISTRATION

What is the cost of registration?

March 1 - March 14: $4,799

March 15 - March 31: $5,199

April 1 - April 30: $5,499

May 1 - June 8: $5,995

This cost includes all instruction, tickets to the Memorial Tournament, hotel, shuttle to and from The Golf Room Live related events (the Memorial, Tuesday round of golf, hotel), daily lunch, one team dinner, additional practice time and gift bag. All other costs are the responsibility of the player.

How do I register?

Where can I find my registration confirmation?

After completing registration, you will receive a registration confirmation email. Please contact info@thegolfroom.com if you have any questions.

What is the payment policy?

We accept credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Registration will not be accepted without payment.

Can I bring a guest?

Guests are permitted at the team dinner. We are also happy to assist and recommend nearby attractions during training days.

Guests must be 21 or older and are not permitted to attend The Golf Room Live during training hours or the Tuesday round of golf. They will be responsible for their ticket to the Memorial, meals and travel arrangements outside the team dinner.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations for a full refund can be made until May 19, 2024 (or 21 days before the event). Cancellations made between May 20 - June 2 may receive a partial refund or have your registration fee applied towards a Golf Room Live in the future.

Cancellations received after June 2, or nonattendance, will not be refunded.

How do I cancel my registration?

To cancel your registration, please email info@thegolfroom.com. If you have flights or other arrangements made outside of The Golf Room Live's registration package, you are responsible for their cancellation.

EVENT ITINERARY

What is the schedule of events?

Below is an example itinerary for The Golf Room Live. This schedule is subject to change. All registrants will be emailed the full schedule the week before the event.

DAY 1 - Test

9AM - 12PM -- Testing (Full Swing, Short Game, Putting)

Lunch at The Golf Room

12:30PM -- Shuttle to the Memorial Tournament

1PM - 5PM -- Attend the Memorial Tournament

(Dinner is on your own this evening.)

DAY 2 - Build w/ Mike Bender

8AM - 11AM -- Testing Review w/ Kyle Morris and Mike Bender

11AM - 12PM -- Putting

12PM -- Lunch

1PM - 3PM -- Chipping and Scoring Wedges

3PM - 5PM -- Guided Practice with Kyle, Mike and Team

(Dinner is on your own this evening.)

DAY 3 - Perform

ALL DAY

On course coaching and round of golf at a Top 100 Course in Columbus.

(Group Dinner in the evening with Kyle and team.)

DAY 4 - Review

8AM - 2PM -- Kyle and team will work alongside each individual through their practice plans addressing all areas of the game, pre-shot routines, the mental game and course management.

Hotel is included for all attendees. Check in is on June 8 and check out is June 12. If you require extra days, please let us know. We will make arrangements for you with our lodging partner.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation will be provided between June 9 - 12 for all Golf Room Live related activities. Registrants will be responsible for their transportation from the airport to the hotel, all evenings (excluding the on-course day and team dinner), and any other needs not related to The Golf Room Live.

How many golfers will be in attendance?

The Golf Room Live is limited to seven participants per school.

Can I book additional services at The Golf Room?

The Golf Room Live is designed to provide students everything they need during the event. However, if you would like to book additional time with our coaches or trainers, you are welcome to book those services in advance by calling us at (614) 747-5006.

What happens after The Golf Room Live ends?

All players will leave with a personalized practice plan through CoachNow so they can keep up the momentum at home! If you are local to Columbus, we welcome you to return to The Golf Room to work with one of our instructors in-person.
