Individual Sessions

Builds out plans specific to the clients needs to ensure they partake in the positive habits needed for consistent success. This work includes mindful discussion, education on mental tools & sport psychology, cutting edge technology such as the focusband to measurably track your optimal mindset, and when applicable uses The Golf Room’s facility to put these mental tools to work.

Team Presentations & Corporate Workshops

Intro call with me to help determine what is best for your team 45 minute lessons rooted in research and sport psychology on topics such as: Building a Positive Team Culture, Acceptance, Goal Setting, Growth Mindset, Visualization, Body Language, Optimism, Mental Toughness, Routines, Hidden Potential, Rewiring the Anxious Brain and Postseason Prep. Each session ending with a discussion to answer specific questions or to clarify any takeaways from the presentation.

​Following the session, clients receive access to recap pdf's, recordings of each presentation, and can answer any additional question the athletes have on each topic

About Sean Fee M.Ed.

Sean’s focus is on building peak performance from the ground up. His goal is to build a specific plan based on your team’s needs that will give them the mental tools to win that game between the ears, especially in moments that matter the most.

​Sean earned his varsity letter in wrestling at West Virginia University in 2013, where he graduated from undergrad in 2016 with a communications degree. He received his masters degree in counseling psychology with a focus in positive coaching and athletic leadership from the University of Missouri in 2021. He is currently wrapping up his Certified Mental Performance Consultant certification from the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
