Jack Elton Snyder loved people, worked hard, kept his faith, and played golf with everything he had. This scholarship exists because of who he was — and it belongs to a young golfer who lives the same way.
The JES & Us Golf Scholarship Foundation awards a full year of The Golf Room's Junior Academy to young golfers who show up not just with talent, but with character, compassion, faith, and a genuine desire to be better than they were yesterday.
The JES & Us Golf Scholarship Foundation was created to invest in young golfers who demonstrate not only talent and commitment to the game, but character, compassion, faith, perseverance, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
We want to know you — not just the golfer. There are no perfect answers. What matters is your willingness to grow, your treatment of others, your commitment to the game, and the person you are becoming.
A full year in the program that has produced more Ohio #1 players, college commits, and competitive breakthroughs than any other in the state.
Coaching from Kyle Morris, the #1 instructor in Ohio. Every session built around your swing, your data, and a plan that evolves as you do.
Every rep backed by real launch data. You'll always know what your swing is producing — not just what it feels like.
Physical constraints that make the right movement automatic. You don't just hear what to fix — the environment forces it.
Strength, mobility, and speed development built around the demands of the golf swing. What you build in the gym shows up on the course.
FocusCalm brain training, pressure practice, and a mental curriculum for the course. Composure and routine that separates consistent players from streaky ones.
Playing lessons where your coach walks the round with you. Real shots, real pressure, real feedback — because the game is played on the course, not the mat.
Amelia was 11 years old and could barely hit a ball into a screen 15 feet away. She is now the #2 ranked girl in all of Ohio as a sophomore — and this summer she shot a record-breaking 61 (-11) in her high school event. One of the best players in the state and growing nationally.
Shrihan came in as a freshman shooting around 100 with no real structure to his game. Going into his senior year, he carries a +1 differential, has shot a competitive low of 67, and is receiving college offers. He became one of the best golfers in the Academy.
Harrison moved from Arkansas in 6th grade and joined the Academy. He has since qualified for the Drive Chip and Putt finals at Augusta National, competed at the PGA Jr League national finals, won a state championship with Dublin Jerome, and is now the #1 player in the 2028 Ohio class.
Makenna arrived as a junior averaging 96. By her senior year she averaged 76 and signed to play college golf at Florida Atlantic University. The Academy gave her the structure and coaching to make a four-year jump in one.
