QUIET YOUR EYES TO QUIET THE NOISE: we train our skill so that when we go subconscious, our natural swing is one that is more efficient. However, even with perfect technique, if ones mind and eyes are not quiet, one can never reach a peak performance state. Here @keyganrobinson and @mitchfarrer14 work with @focusband to quiet Keygan mind to better control his body. The brain is a muscle and it must be trained. Luckily we can do that at TGR as no one department is more important than another. We look at the entire player, not just a swing or their body. If you want to find your quiet eye, try this simple tip. Draw a red dot on the top of your ball and dial in on it when your over the ball. Then once the ball leaves, find a spec of grass where the ball was sitting before it was hit. This is a good way to find your quiet eye. Great coaching @mitchfarrer14.
